1. That I Want to sell my property situated at the address specified above
through HPPL Franchisee.
2. That, the documents/title deeds of the property will be supplied by me to HPPl Franchisee
at free will of mine.
3. That, the information in relation to the property has been supplied by me to HPPL Franchisee
to the best of my knowledge.
4. That, in case of dealing of sale of the property by the HPPL Franchisee, I undertake to pay the commission as determined by the HPPL.
5. That, I shall obey the terms and condition of the HPPL for sale of the above mentioned property.
6. That, the rates on which contract awarded by me for sale of above mentioned property through HPPL shall remain in force for 30 days
from the date of this undertaking and I shall comply with the same.
7. That, in case i sell the above mentioned property, through any other person, society or company, I undertake to give prior
information to HPPL.
8. That, in case of contrary to rules and standard of HPPL , sale of the above mentioned property is made by me to any other
person, society or company, then the HPPL shall not be liable in present or in future for any such action.
9. That, in case of sale of the above mentioned property is made by me to any other person, society or company, then the HPPL
shall not be liable in case of any dispute, whether it is legal dispute or other dispute.
10. That, I am giving this undertaking in sound state of mind , without any kind of fear after reading and understanding
the content of this undertaking.
